Participating in the EHI Working Group on Logistics

The Forschungsgruppe Retourenmanagement, represented by Dr. Bj?rn Asdecker and Vanessa Felch, attended the EHI Retail Insititute's Working Group on Logistics on 6-7 November in Marktredwitz. As part of the event, the team provided insights into the latest research results on the added value and challenges of preventive returns management. Afterwards, the group visited the distribution centre by Tchibo in Cheb, Czech Republic, to gain interesting insights into the company's logistics and returns management processes.
