In order to use the campusprint printing service, you must have a valid user account (BA number + password) and a student ID or service card.
Both for setting up campusprint and for printing with campusprint, your device must be connected to the data network of the University of Bamberg, for example directly via the university WLAN or using a VPN connection. Information on VPN at the University of Bamberg can be found at www.uni-bamberg.de/its/vpn.

The campusprinter and the campusprinter with login are already pre-installed on all university computers (including PC pools) that have a standard installation of the IT-Service with Windows 10 and are available in the printer selection, as shown in Figure 1.

Print your document with campusprinter with login.
You will be asked to log in to campusprinter with login using a user name (BA number, IC number for cost center card) and password, as shown in Figure 2. Enter your user name and password and then click on continue.
Note:
The login window only appears for the first print job; no further login is required for all subsequent print jobs. The login window only appears again when the computer is restarted.
Printer properties
In the printer properties, you can set whether you want to print on 1 or 2 sides and whether you want to print in auto color or grayscale.
Note:
Print jobs remain stored on the campusprint server for 5 days after submission. After that, they are irrevocably deleted and must be sent again.
